By registering for the Structured Financial Orientation™ For Couples, you agree to the following:

• This programme is an educational financial literacy initiative for couples.
• Participation does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary or client relationship.
• No personalised investment advice or product recommendations are provided. The Structured Couple Financial Assessment identifies discussion areas, priorities and planning themes only — it does not generate investment recommendations, suitability advice or a suggested portfolio allocation.
• Attending together is strongly encouraged, as the orientation is designed around shared financial understanding. However, one partner may begin the educational process where necessary.
• Access is intended only for the registered participant(s) and may not be shared or redistributed beyond the registering couple.
• The Richness Academy reserves the right to modify programme content without prior notice while maintaining its educational objectives.
• Misuse of course materials or intellectual property may result in cancellation of access without refund.

Refund Policy

The Structured Financial Orientation™ For Couples is a digital educational programme that provides online access after successful registration.

Because access to digital educational content is granted immediately, all registrations are final.

No refunds, cancellations or transfers will be provided once access has been activated, except where required under applicable law.
